I requested a Leap-o-lene from Willygoat.com for Holiday. I obtained a message notice declaring them was shipping. A couple of days later I obtained a phone from Willygoat declaring the merchandise within the factory have been broken and you will be on backorder till Jan. I ended the purchase.
In January I get a Leap-o-lene from Willygoat. After I named to ask why I obtained the merchandise they mentioned that I never terminated it. They had the audacity to consult me for evidence of termination and mentioned these were reluctant to consider the return and return my cash (which incidentally they'd billed on my card in Dec!).
I instantly set the cost in challenge with my charge card organization and am publishing this certified to any forum I will. Never store from willygoat.com. They're a rip-off with poorly instruction customer support representatives.
