I've been calling and contacting client relationships@ Easy Character since January 20 in regards to a guaranteed gym case which was not shipped with my order put Jan 16.
No body has answered to some of my emails (1-20,1-26.1-31) or my phone concept that we quit after being in a signal and attempting to achieve a person support consultant for more than 10 minutes.
I used the Signal GETFIT at no cost gym case, but my gym bag didn't appear. I still possess the postcard that states this can be a free gift with purchase. I had been really unhappy it didn't include my sneakers and upset that no body at Easy Heart has answered to my inquiries concerning the carrier.
I see you will find additional grievances online about Easy Heart overlooking emails and never having anyone to answer the phone. Are you able to support me obtain a fax number for Sheryl Bloom, Leader of Easy Character and Eight West?
