Charged too much, didn't get what I wanted

I didn't get what I want, and I was charged $150 for it.
I even took a picture out of a magazine and showed the stylist what I wanted. So even if our words do not jive and I am not expressing myself well, which I should do since I am an English major with 2 college degrees who also speaks 3 other languages, the picture should have showed her what I want.
And I kept it simple — "I want thin streaks spead apart".
I have what looks like all one color, "blended", and I was charged $150 for it.

People ask me why didn't I say anything at the time. It was because I was in shock. Literally in shock.
Once it all sank in, it has actually made my depression worse.
I shall also be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charges, which had to be put on my credit card.

The young female stylist herself was actually very nice and had a nice personality. But I took a picture and told her again what I want, simply, "I want thin streaks spread apart", and I didn't get it. And I was charged $150.
My girlfriend and I could have done a better job with a frosting kit off the shelf from WalMart. And the next time that is what I will use. I don't repeat my mistakes. Regis Hair Salon, never again.
