Pay pal takes the money up front, they have a writer who nows nothing of what you do and is incapable of re-creating what you saw on line as an example. Then they ignore you and send your complaints to pay pal. Pay pal will not dispute the charge because it is not a tangible product. Then you are out of luck no resume and no refund.
