Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I called Sprint about the special they were advertising for DSL service. Free installation, only $29.95 a month added to your phone service.

My regular bill was around $23.00 for local service.
For the past two months, I have recieved $127.00 and the next bill was $122.00.

This is outragious. I am so tired of getting ripped off by these phone companies. I asked the representive several times, so, this will just be an extra 30 or 40 extra a month? Oh, yes mam. I get the bill and I have this and that, charges I weren't told about, then, I am also charged for earthlink, and more charges I weren't told about. $127. [I was expecting about $60]
They know you need a phone, and they just rob you.

I sent a letter to the company explaining to them that I had been laided off, and there was no way I could afford to pay a large bill.

What are you to do? If you don't pay, they ruin your credit?

This is not right.
They didn't even try to contact me concerning this matter. They just keep sending me these huge bills.
