In August of the year I submitted a state towards the TSA re harm to a guitar whilst in the treatment of the TSA. Our gear was damaged, appeared as if it'd been fallen on the ground. Plus they sent mean original notice declaring it'd been received and could be managed in six months. Nicely on December 17th having not noticed from their store I named the TSA again. This time around they explained they were backlogged with statements and may be another six months OR EVEN MORE until they obtain a opportunity to actually take a look at my state and determined.

The individual I spoke to about the telephone had a "what exactly additude" concerning the proven fact that they're in standard by not reacting in six months towards the state.
