The man I spoke with was VERY rude and treated me very poorly

I purchased from YOUCAN SAVE.com. After I didn't get the mail using the following #, I approached customer support as directed.

The person I talked with was REALLY rude and handled me really badly, he didn't reply my issue and that I however don’t understand the standing of my purchase.
