We did not trust our old attorney anymore. We had to find another, second Immigration Specialist - because our first Thomas Driskill did not responde anymore - we where so affraid - sleepless night's what - happened if our Attorney did not file our paperwork with the INS?
We paid this Attorney too - to find out what the first has done or not done - Mrs. Simons promissed us - we don't need to be worry - she will straight out - talks with the INS, well she didn't she cashed our money, just like the first Attorney - but she was better in promissing. We where sure, nothing happened to us untill the INS surrounded our Businesses and arrested our adult son's for beeing out of Status, my husband and I, we had to leave within two weeks the USA. We lost everything...
We found out over the INS - nothing ever has been done from this Attorney's either. What a shame for such a great country
