I called the customer service representative of this company this afternoon telling him that I don't want to continue my lay-away anymore because I'm sick of paying every month and feeling uncertain of the promise they made.
I asked him to send my refund and he told me that I will lose my money if I did not fulfill the lay-away agreement. He also told me to pay the whole thing first before I can get my refund. What the heck is this? Are they gonna wait us to pay in full and rip us off? Please help me get my money back.
