I was sent this letter after I apply for a dell computer, I made a big mistake because they do not have a phone number to contact them and I sent them $21.00 for a layway plan that never going to happen and cannot get my money back. This is the biggest rip-off I have heard of yet. I starting not to trust anyone anymore especially sweepstakes clearinghouse.
