I signed up with Omaha singles, then the name changed to Premier singles, and changed again to Ultimate Introductions. I was pressured into a contract and now I can't get a response from the company. They charged my credit card more money than was agreed to before the date agreed to. I called to talk with someone and only got the voicemail. I cancelled the contract by phone and my card. I refuse to pay more money. The billing department calls me daily and has threatened to turn my account over to collections which will hurt my credit report. They say I have to call Customer Service and all I get is voicemail and no return phone call. To date there has been no resolution to this.
