At the suggestion of my wedding planner I arranged Memories Kept to preserve my bridal bouquet. I paid Preston Cobb, owner of Memories Kept, $500 for the service in March. I never heard from Memories Kept again. I attempted several phone calls and e-mails.in August I managed to speak with "Micah" who actually answered the phone at Memories Kept. He never offered any sort of apology as to why the order was taking so long or why none of my phone calls or e-mails were answered.instead I was berated for expecting to have my order ready on time. I asked him to have Preston Cobb, owner, return my call so that I may sort out the issues with him. I stated that I just wanted the flowers back and that if they were not completed that was okay, I just wanted my flowers returned. I never heard from Preston.
In October I filed a report with the Consumer Affairs Division of Las Vegas Nevada. The investigation is on-going and recently I heard their notice was returned to them meaning Preston Cobb was not able to be located.
In another report regarding this company it was stated there was a storage unit and I am interested in finding this unit to see if my flowers are in there.
I would strongly encourage others to not conduct business with this business or this individual as clearly someone who would steal a bride's bouquet and then take her money is someone with a fairly low set of standards.
