Cheated stole violated privacy

I bought a $6.99 infor package from Intelius. Two days later I see that my CC is charged $19.95 by 24 Protect Plus (surely part of Intelius) w/o my permission. I called and the phone answerer—that is what these poor people do—answer the phone, only—apologized profusely, removed the charge. She is as much a victim as those whose CC#s are passed on.intelius, at one time under the helm of the manical Naveen Jain (see Business Week for a send up of Jain, though his violations of web practices go unnoticed).intelius and its interlocking networks are vast. Probably too vast for the BBB or a small town DA to take on. Beware.
