Intelius People Look-up 24protect i paid for a friend look -up and thats when 2 other company charged my account

I paid to look up my friend from intelius.com, and now two different people over - draft my account one was 24 protect for 24.95 and another compant no name but linked to intelius hit my account for 19.95. I am so upset.
