The owner of Liberty Tax Service on Colerain Avenue in Cincinnati does not pay his employee's or their paychecks bounce! I was in there the other night and one employee was saying she hasn't been paid since she started and another one said he still owed her money for the paycheck he bounced. Also, the office was filthy and there were peoples tax returns just sitting around! I decided to go somewhere else to have my taxes done.
