Our business too was ripped off by advertising that was promised but not provided. We purchased a spot on a placemat to advertise in local Mexican restaurants. After we were billed, we went to one of the restaurants that was "contracted" to use these advertising placemats. No contract was ever made. We chalked it up to being duped and called the advertising company and complained, and said that we will not renew. Our credit card was again billed the following year. When we diputed it to the advertising company we were told "we have your credit card number and we can keep billing it. There's nothing you can do about it" The actual credit card company said the only way to get these people to stop billing our credit card it to close the credit card out completely. Where is the justice to people who believe in honesty and integrity? The laws don't work in favor of the people getting ripped off, it is in the favor of the crooked scam artisits who take advantage of good, honest, hard working people like us.
