I have previously done advertising with Coast to Coast on their placemats. They continue to bill my credit card without my permission. I have sent them a certified letter in September telling them that I no longer want to do advertising with them. I was just billed again in January on my credit card without my permission for more advertising. They did this after telling them I no longer want to do any advertising with them ever again. After seeing this charge on my credit card statement I have called them and left my name and number and have never received a return call. They continue to ignore my attempts to contact them by phone.
