Be very careful when purchasing items from Jamaica Winship on ebay. She will not send the item purchased for weeks, and when she does finally come around to sending the item she doesn't send the item ordered. She finally agreed to take back the item and provide me a refund after I opened a dispute with paypal but once she received the item she never returned my money. Now I'm out the money spent on the purchase plus the return shipping.
Apparently she's quite the scammer. She has a long history of similar behavior according to her ebay feedback. She's also apparently an online poker player (which was revealed by a google search of her name), so she has practice at being deceptive.
I have provided her work and home address as well as her ebay name so that buyers will beware. I intend to spread the word in as many places as possible.
On a side note, it appears Jamaica's items were preowned and purchased from Goodwill or a similar thrift store—a fact she neglects to mention in her listing. Again, just another way she tries to scam the buyer. Don't let her continue to get away with this!
