Dynasty Sales HUGE Scam. A nice looking man claimed to be a nephew of a lady named: Kathy Patterson down the next street from me. He said " He was trying to earn points to go on this trip to London bcz the BBC choose him to go to this prestigious school of journalism when they visited his class at TX A&M. He said" I could buy a packet - (4books to a packet) from a random selection he had.
He xpln that it was going to be $49.00 which included a $15.00 price for S/H and that $15.00 was going to be his to receive. He claimed that his aunt worked for a Government Hospital and that they would be willing to by the books from me at the same price i bought them for bcz the hospital was going to buy new books anyway. He claimed that his professor would call me up to see if i wanted to still by the books in a few weeks from this kid but if i didn't he would tear the ck up & he would still get the points he was trying to accumulate.
I wrote the ck, and he gve me a reciept which really has no information to contact the company or call. I had that feeling that this was to good to be true feeling. I saw him going to my other neighbors house and just still ddnt have a good feeling. So, i got in my van & told him come over to window, I told him that i wasnt sure about this purchase and asked for my check back. He gave it to me & asked for his reciept back. I told him that if he wants it he can come and pick it up at my house. I was very fortunate that I listen to my gut feeling!
