I had a similar experience with the Zaken company, with one exception, I never received the report. I guess I should be thankful for that. My credit card was charged just a couple of days after I placed the order online and I received a confirmation email. A month later I still didn't have the info and did not receive any response to my numerous emails. I am now in the process of notifying my credit card company and a couple of state attorney generals.
