Watch quit working 7 weeks after purchase - store wouldn't exchange

My partner offered my a Residentis quartz watch for Holiday. I traded it to get a diverse view 2 days after Holiday. Middle-Feb the group fell apart (a flag dropped out). I had been likely to have that set myself. Per week later after I was not actually sporting the view, I realized that it'd quit working. I had beennot ready to make the journey to the shop until today. I used to be informed they had previously traded the view for me once (accurate - however the additional view was abandoned but still within the bundle since I have did not care for that one I obtained like a present) and since I have hadnot purchased the "customer service" strategy they mightnot do something for me personally. I had been truly amazed they didnot stay behind a wrist watch that didnot actually last 2 weeks. Evidently their return policy is 60-days for "superb" (that will be controversial thinking about the insufficient quality of the view) with no customer service plan. I'd have already been pleased when they might have provided me credit to switch to get a distinct view. I'd previously selected a costly view while I had been awaiting the sales team to determine the things they were likely to inform me. But, obviously, using the insufficient customer support and indifferent attitude of the sales team, I Will move elsewhere to purchase a brand new view. And, it is likely to be considered a lengthy, long period before I store at JC Penney again.
