I'm an extremely disappointed client of Diamond Worldwide. I purchased a wrist watch in the shop in St. Marteen after I was on the sail. I had been informed the watch was a brand new watch and all hyped using the sail and also the very little time you can store, I bought the view. On my return I analyzed the watch and discovered it to become applied view. The band was filthy in the back and had switched another shade. The engraving in the back was filthy demonstrating that somebody had used the view to get a very long time. Upon calling the Ny office of Stone Worldwide I had been informed they might return to me. I waited for 3-4 times and approached them again and was informed the view couldn't be delivered plus they couldn't do something further. We approached the shop in St. Marteen and talked towards the salesman who offered the view and was informed he might return to me. After another 3 times I approached the shop again plus they stated that they'd alter the band and clear it to create it seem like new. I paid $11900 to get a new platinum view, not just one that somebody needs to clear to create it seem like new. The corporation is conning and cheating people. Please don't purchase from their website.
