The company hires telemarketers to call home owners to see if they would like to refinance there homes, lower interest rate, cash out, cosolidate debt and on every person you refinance you get $100 if it was your personal lead and a certain percentage if it was the companies lead. The company never makes good on compensating their employees. Either they lie and say the loan never went through when it really did or they need more information on the home owner.
It is a small ghetto business that is ran by a woman name Tina she employed her daughter and her daughters best friend. The company hires nasty disrespectful people to call peoples house and allows then to hang up on them if there not interested in there services. The owner "Tina" says well somtimes when you scream at the person on the phone you can still refinance them, I seen it done" The company is bad business. The company has a high turn over rate for employees& i wonder why. They pay you $8.00 an hour and expect for you to bring the company tons of money when they dont compensate you
