In february first, I required for a DIRECT TV's antenna in my residence. I paid in time of the requirement U$104.94 by my check card.
Then, two guys came to my house to do the antenna's installation, and they told me that it could not be possible because there were some trees around.
I spoke with some one that they called by phone to confirm the occured.
Next day, I called DIRECT TV to get may money back, and the assistant told me that could not find any information about me, therefore, they wouldn't my money back.
I called DIRECT TV many times without success.
