Antenna Install Blocked by Trees, $104.94 Never Refunded

In February I requested a DIRECT TV antenna at my residence. At the time of the request I paid $104.94 with my check card.

Then two men came to my house to install the antenna, and they told me it was not possible because there were some trees around. I spoke with someone they called by phone to confirm what had happened.

The next day I called DIRECT TV to get my money back, and the assistant told me they could not find any information about me, therefore they would not refund my money.

I have called DIRECT TV many times without success.
