We bought a Timeshare from ARI Vacation Community in 1994, briefly there-after costs start to rise.in 1999 they applied new administrator costs.
With bad to non-existent customer support and costs increasing unmanageable, We chose to abandon ship.
Not just did We reduce our timeshare but even today debt collectors frighten Us for back costs, to the stage that the Loan has become on our home.
If anyone knows of the class-action fit, Please allow me to understand. There is one submitted in Cook region in 2008 for illegal costs, but I actually donot understand if it's still continuing.
