Charged for pay-per-views I did not order Concord

I was charged for pay per view movies that I did not order. A couple were from when I was out of town and my roommate was gone. I guess someone broke into our apartment and watched pay per view and forgot to steal something. That is what they think because they implied to me that the system is perfect and would never screw up.
