Fraud charge for pay per view I didn't orde

Despite ratings locks, system locks and remote password, DISH is charged me for Pay Per Views that were ordered on days that I was at work. I live alone and noone has a key to my home.

DISH is only concerned about the bill being paid - they will not answer my questins as to how this can be prevented. I did remove Pay Per View from my options.
