I am just writing to confirm that TC Talent has yet to refund me my $795 registration deposit, despite the contract that I signed which stated that my money would be fully refunded if I decided not to participate in the program. I changed my mindd the day after signing up due to the internet bad business research I did.
My experience was the following in March:
1. A certified letter has been sent requesting refund.
I followed up with a phone call and was told all was set.
I followed up with a second phone call and they (TCT) requested documentation from my account that the money had cleared before processing.
2. Three previous e-mails have been sent (Two with
attachments of documentation of withdrawals from Bank of America).
3. Two faxes have been sent with documentation from bank of Americashowing the account deduction to the attention of Jasmine Sanchez and to a TC Talent representative named Tanya who refused to give me her last name.
Additionally, I have phoned three further times to try to clear up the situation.
I am now filing a dispute with my bank.
