Sadly, the things I requested were never shipped. I've tried calling KlearGear about that—but after 8 times, 2 e-mail and 2 messages left on the automatic telephone program, I've been not able to talk to anybody or even to obtain any type of reaction. I have turned to processing a problem with PayPal.
