Wellington Computer Inc the ripoff business that doesnt give a dam

We wear notified on february 26 that we was the winner of the golden web awards, and for $27.50 we would receive a certificate from them to display. After 30 days we received nothing, we sent letters and called them and as of april 1 we have revived no reply from this service. We have started collections. Merchant: Wellington Computer Inc.
