When i first ordered dsl service, they said that i would be getting 3 mgb of dsl, i have never recieved that. I live in golden valley, az 20 miles out of kingman, az my complaint is, i am being charged for 3mgb of dsl and recieving 1mgb. They (frontier) do not have enough T-1`s in golden valley to provide 3 mgb to me in golden valley, but have been charging me $51.70 mo. For 4 or 5 yrs, but i`m not getting the service they said i would. Andrew (note above) told me i should not be being charged that much and that i would never get the 3mgb`s i`m paying for. I believe this is fraud, and i am due alot of reimbursement. Thank you
