Us screen print didn't pay their bills

Us screen print are ripoff"s

This company, placed large orders with our company and never paid
one cent towards the bill. After checking around it looks as if they have away doing business this way as they have treated other vendors the same way.

How can a company get away of doing business this way?
If i go out to a dinner, i'm expected to pay, if i dont the law
comes..
