Handhelditems.com advertises good prices for cell phone and PDA accessories, however they do not deliver what was ordered. Had to dispute the charges with PayPal and BBB. Their phone does not work, and they do not respond to emails.
If anyone else falls victim to this sham of a company try emailing the following person: [email protected] It will take a dozen tries back to get this low level person to respond though. Keep stating that you will go to the Attorney's General.
The BBB in Los Angels keeps lowering their score, currently at a C-, yet they are still a member?
