Bought a USB charging cord that was supposed to be 9". When the item arrived, it was a 36" cord. Called and thay had me return the item. They said they did not have the 9" cord that was advertised and they would refund me. The refund came, minus shipping.
So get this, they advertise a product they don't have, ship the wrong item and I am supposed to pay for the shipping and eat the cost of THEIR mistake. It is only $2.99, but I will be disputing the charge and encourage all others to do the same. Post here as well. It is 1 thing if I change my mind, but when you make the mistake, you need to treat customers right and eat the cost of YOUR mistake.
