I ordered RTF version of an electric model airplane. What I got was and ARF version. The website clearly shows the RTF part number. The box I got has a different part number and it is obvious this is an ARF version. I sent two email messages to them. No answer. Sent a third and got a response from someone named Taylor wanting to know details of my problem. I sent details plus one other email. No response from Taylor or anyone else. I believe it is true that they are not intersested in customer satisfaction or repeat business. I am lucky. I did get a product but it would be nice it they were willing to work with me a little on this problem. Also it is useless to call them since their phone lines are always busy. I will NOT be ordering from them again
