Bought Television and 2yr service strategy 7/29. On 12/20 it quit. I named the merchandise treatment strategy 24-hr support telephone # stated & was informed I'd obtain a phone in the repair-service per day or two. Since I have hadn't noticed any factor however, on 12/22/08 I named again simply to discover my first phone hadn't been served on. They actually had my tackle as Bosie, Idaho. (never been there) I subsequently obtained a 12/23/08 that the technician could be there the next Wed. Within the A. M

(12/24/08) but none turned up. I called again that late morning to discover the support phone was planned for Wed. The 31st of Dec. And that I might get a phone to setup a scheduled appointment period. The technician named that day to let's understand he'd be within 15 min. (GOOD NOTICE) The technician told us the "power" was bad-but he'd need to purchase it and he'd be back the next week to intall it. Nowadays is January 19th but still with no Television. Wal mart is proficient at providing the run around.
