I'll be short, the bottom line is, Television went dead, phone Sams, create appointment, they stop appointment, then, reestablish, then, support offers comes, consider Television (Vizio 47) purchased in NOVEMBER. Supplier claims that I'll have a solution on Friday. Mon comes and goes, Wednesday come and goes, Friday named... Discover that nothing have been completed. Technology "chooses" to examine/troubleshoot Television. Discovers key panel is finished. Technology calls me (after I'd a state about their degree of support) and shows that component have been requested via Sams. Contact Sams to confirm it... You know what?!?!?! These were unaware of the whole factor (that is since I named FIVE times to deal with the problem. Woman about the telephone (spoken as though she were nearly lifeless... No "character" keeps stating "we're likely to contact you again between 3 and 5 business days" seriously?!?!? It has been three months today. I'd a sense that it'd be some of those "encounters". Please... Do yourself a benefit, NEVER purchase prolonged safety strategy from Sams Club. It's terrible plus they don't worry about you or your deffective item. It's an entire waste of cash of course if you've heart issues... Please steer clear... You are able to simply possess a coronary attack with the stress they place you through.
