This all started back in 1992 when a young lady who stayed with me and my 2 children that I was raising from the ages of 6 months and 1 1/2 years old.
She became pregnant and labeled me as the father of the child I did not object to that.
At all times from the time that she was pregnant and even 2 years after the child was born I had paid all bills/rent and for all food sometime during this time she applied for aid.
I had never been aware of this nor did I ever receive anything as far as me owing child support from the Riverside district attorneys office.
When my job received a wage assignment 2 years later they claimed I owed back support in the amount of 6,800.00 and at that time they started to take money for current support.
At all times that the aid was being paid the young lady never paid for any items for the child nor for the household "but she resided there the whole time.
After I was informed by my employer I questioned the young lady weather she was receiving aid or not "she said no.
I was never given the opportunity to respond to the wage assignment or weather or not I was the father before the started to take money from me.
I told the young lady she would have to leave " she then had another child and i was deemed to be the father of that child as well and the attached my wages for that child as well.
By the time they started they claimed that I was 16,000.00 behind in payments on top of the 6,800.00.
By this time me and my 2 children could not afford to keep our home and lost it to foreclosure.
I reported that the young lady committed fraud when she was receiving aid and staying in my home.
Nothing was ever done to this day I supposedly owe over 58,000.00 in back support and have paid up to 1,800.00 per month on child support even with my children living with me.
I have been to the Riverside district attorneys office time and time again to try and get this case in perspective.
I have kept all documentation of all of their inaccurate accounting and from 1992 I have never received any refund from taxes because they take it and it is not accounted for.
I can go on for another 50 pages of the wrong doings of the Riverside Child Support office.
I was never given the opportunity to respond in this matter and to this day I still never had the opportunity to prove that I was or was not the father of the first or second child.
I was forced to sign a piece of paper that I later found out that it stated that I was the father of the first child.
I have paid well over 100,000 in current and past child support that I cannot seem to get any accounting for.
Someone please help me bring these people to justice.
