I purchased three pairs of jeans with this company. Two pairs of the jeans that are (made in China) have a visibly longer length on one of the legs. Both pairs have uneven length. I have contacted their customer service department only to be told that all sales are final as they are "supposedly" liquidating. I am still receiving catalogs from them and daily email solicitations to purchase other merchandise.
They have consistently refused to exchange the defective clothing or issue a refund. This is a fraudulent practice. They are owned by Lane Bryant aka The Charming Shoppes, yet I have been informed that the clothing can not be returned to the physical store.
Do not purchase from this company. They are knowingly selling inferior quality and defective clothing and are intentionally refusing returns. This practice consist of internet fraud for if the consumer could physically see the merchandise before purchasing, they would not buy their merchandise.
