My recommendations are "Do not trust the hand shake and/or verbal word of either John Glavin or David Grace". I actually believed these two were honorable and trustworthy individuals based on their professions but found the opposite to be true. It is my understanding that David Grace who is an attorney is a very sick individual phsyically and may be medicated to the point he does not remember his committments. Get everything in writing.
In my opinion, they both are dead beats and have todate refused to honor their word in fees I was to have been paid on both franchise development and marketing commissions. I am still owed thousands of dollars which has not been paid. Be careful in any dealings with this company. Even their franchise sales manager or director has lied to me on several occasions. That usually means the entire staff is dishonest.
Be sure and get everything in writing that involved John Glavin, David Grace or Secure Trailer Depot, Inc. Of Altamonte Springs, Florida.
