We bought a puppy from them back in May. As soon as we got him, we started racking up the medical bills... From that first week, the poor little thing was constantly on pills... When we got him he had a bladder infection, bronchitis, and the vet told us we could never breed him because he basically had no hip joints. From there it went from ear infections, to three cherry eye surgeries, and so on... We had gone to so many specialist and they all told us his poor health was from poor breeding and it was the breeders faulty. Every single time we tried to contact them was pointless. We never got a call back or email back or anything, so honestly we gave up and spent every penny we had trying to always make him better which racked up to about $11,000 in the 1 1/2 we had him.
Unfortunately that wasn't anything compared to the emotional pain we had to go through. You see my dog even though he was always sick, had the best personality and stayed true to saying a dog can be a person's best friend, because he was. Homer never left my side and was there beside me through a hard year. Sadly in August he started having episodes of seizures, and in November he had an episode and never recovered... All this could have been avoided if these people would have done their job what they have promised everyone with life time health guarantee. Because usually when someone is giving them a life time guarantee is because they have taken the steps to make sure they are selling healthy dogs, and all I have heard since I made my purchase is how UNHEALTHY of puppies they are selling there. They need to be shut down and as long as I live I will continue to make sure they don't change their names or company name so no other family has to go what we went through
