I went to the SIGNATURE NAILS AND SPA AT THE SHOPS IN HIGHLAND VILLAGE, to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. First the lady OVER plucked my eyebrows so now I have a HUGE space where the hair should be. Then she didnt even get all the hair that she should have. So then comes the pedicure, she made me bleed on two toes. Needless to say I didn't tip her!!! I told the guy at the front that she shouldn't be allowed to wax eyebrows. I payed the FULL bill and left. I check my account the two days later and they were suspose to charge to my card only $36.00 but they charged my $44.00.
