I took out Care Credit for my pet. At first, I didn't experience any trouble with this company.
Then I noticed illegal payment adjustments. I gathered my bills and there was hundreds of dollars difference in what I owed.
Days before my payment is due, they call 7 days a week, holidays, AM - PM hours. This is harassment and illegal.
I accidently picked up the phone, seeing another area code. It turned out to be the collection department. I asked them what state they were calling from. She told me Ohio. I heard clicking on the phone. I asked if I was being taped. She said that they are a bank and this is legal without my permission.
I hurriedly complete my online payment.
I looked on my computer regarding the history of this company and found that I am not the only person who has had trouble with this company.
What can I do to reconcile or is it possible?
