Requested around. $70 worth blossoms and chocolate to become shipped Valentines day-to my mother-in-law from her partner.
Plants never turned up.
Talked to "Call-Center" worker - using the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee published throughout - the one thing they'd do is provide by Wednesday and provide 50% reimbursement or stop purchase altogether.
This isn't 100% satisfaction for me personally. Wouldn't let me keep in touch with boss and also have yet to listen to back from their store
