Direct Buy
Tried to cancel contract and got no response, nothing. Company cost you more than going to a best buy or Brick. Company has nothing Good to Sell

By the time you pay off your membership you have spent more money than if you just bought what you needed at any other outlet store. They pressure you to join by telling you that if you don't sign now you will never be asked to join again, and you will not be able to join again. They have no customer service no help you with any contract questions.By the time you pay for shipping and handling, the prices are equal if not higher. They don't have the products that they claim to have. The Manufacturers they have only supply older product to them, so if you want newer products you have to go somewhere else anyways.

They Prey on the weak and tell you everything is good and that they are there to help, but no one has returned my calls...
