Horrible experience. I purchased a Samsung D900i revealed. Obtained it having a T-Mobil manufacturer, that we hadnot required. Received purchase without having any bill or packing slip. The telephone also included a travel charger having a large Western 3-pronged plug and an outlet adapter. It wasnot disclosed beforehand.
I'd an extremely challenging period achieving CS: voice-mail does not consider communications; email was not delivered; my purchase quantity was unacceptable; my log in did not work. I eventually achieved somebody about the telephone. I had been informed the Samsung/T-Mobil design was alone that maintained a guarantee. The closed warranty is for that UK and demands that it's finished from the seller (it had beennot) and need evidence of purchase to verify the guarantee. After I asked egizmo concerning the insufficient a bill or paper work I was informed it had beennot incorporated to conserve document. To that we stated 'bull s#t;' that not how company is performed. At that time the Client Injustice Broker explained he was not delivering me a bill, and also to return the telephone since he did not conduct business with individuals who used profanity. The whole deal appeared extremely dubious and deceptive. We will notice what goes on as it pertains to some complete refund.
