On 2/1/03 I ordered, in response to ad in newspaper, 2 pair of slippers as birthday gift for my daughter. My check was cashed on 2/7/03 as noted on my bank statement. I have not received merchandise and soon after I had sent the money I learned that JD Marvel is notorious for defrauding consumers and may only respond after complaints that threaten mail fraud and complaints to the US Postal Inspector.
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income that consists mainly of Social Security and the $16.95 I sent to JD Marvel could be better used by me than them. I want an immediate refund or my order fulfilled immediately.
