I might have good news with getting your money back from RealtyTrade.com
First thing you need to do: Dispute the charges on your credit card.
I found out a few things about the Florida State law.
1. All contracts must have their license number on the contract. All companies must be licensed and bonded. The contract I received didn't have a license number on it.
2. On the contract it must have information that you can cancel the contract within seven days. The contract I received didn't have this information.
3. When they charge your credit card you should have receive a second call and the person calling you needs to state their licence number and comfirm the charges on your card. I didn't get a second call. The person calling should have giving you their personal license number.
4. They should have a third party call with a recorded message. I didn't receive any call in this manner.
5. The company has to be licensed and bonded. I didn't get this information.
All these laws fall under the state statue 501.615.
If RealtyTrade didn't provide you with this information you should beable to get your money back. Check it out.
I have only had my Time Shares listed for 18 days. However with all the bad reports with this company, I didn't wait until the six month period.
Remember, call your credit card company and dispute the charge. If your credit card company states you must pay, tell them you have found out about a few Florida State laws. Tell your credit card company about the five situations I listed above. This should get your money back.
