I am letting everyone know that RRI Collection Agency is very rude, threatens, and violates the laws according to the Fair Debt Collection and FTC. I am unfortunately on the other end where they call me. After my resources have been contacted and my personal information and specific lies were given on top of the way I was treated, I started to research the laws and this company. They are in process of a lawsuit for these type of actions. You would figure once the suit was filed, they would have a different way of communicating to the consumer. Not only did I put in a complaint with the FTC, but I also called the company that the bill originated from to let them know what type of company they had hired and for them to research them as well. If no one is getting the issues resolved, it is because this is how they handle your customers.
