I hired RRI to collect on my accounts. They collected $2541 and sent me a bill for $139, although our contract stated they should only receive 30%. I cannot reach Thomas Graham their representative anymore. The receptionist says he's not in and takes a message.
A complaint to the office of financial regulation has been ignored. Their attorney Robert Bird wrote a letter saying it was a dispute between a collection agency and their client, not a consumer complaint.
